Order Issues:

Received the wrong item? Something arrived damaged? We’re so sorry! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue—we’ll make it right.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the curated and limited nature of our mystery boxes and gift sets, all sales are final. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll always do our best to find a solution.

 

Cancellations:

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin curating your box with love and cannot guarantee cancellations.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do everything we can to help you file a claim or track it down.
